As we continue to navigate a critical transitional moment at NCBA and within the broader cooperative community, the engagement of our members and stakeholders is vital. That includes strategic investment to help us pivot to a more diversified and sustainable business model. Â
Our Sustain and Grown Campaign seeks to raise $2.5 million to ensure continuity in our advocacy, membership, public awareness and cooperative development programming as we reposition for the future. Already, generous supporters from the cooperative community have donated $722,500, putting us close to achieving a third of our goal. Â
This week, we want to recognize the cooperatives and other organizations that have demonstrated their support for the Sustain and Grow Campaign. When we launched the campaign in May, Casey Fannon, CEO and president of National Cooperative Bank (NCB), announced that NCB had given $500,000 to the campaign and urged other cooperatives to follow the bank’s lead. Â
“I encourage all of you to support your association through the NCBA Sustain and Grow Campaign and, in doing so, help yourself and each other,” Fannon said. “It’s through our collective voice that we can influence positive change and protect what we already have.”Â
We are deeply grateful to NCB for leading the way, and for all the co-ops and organizations that have pledged their support below:Â Â Â

Help close the gap
You and your cooperative can also become an integral part of building our shared cooperative future. Â
Every dollar donated through this fundraising campaign helps NCBA sustain our core team and operations during this transition; pivot to a new, more resilient and diversified business model; and build a stronger, more innovative association that continues to develop, advance and protect cooperatives—at home, and around the world.Â
“The Sustain and Grow Campaign is more than a fundraising effort—it’s a call to the cooperative community to stand together at a defining moment,” said NCBA CLUSA president and CEO Doug O’Brien. “It’s about securing the future of cooperative advocacy, innovation and impact. We cannot do this without the full engagement of our members and partners.” Â
