Our theme this year is âRooted, Resilient and Ready.â Rooted in our shared identity, cooperatives continue to demonstrate the resilience of our business modelâeven in the face of a global pandemic, persistent inequity and inequality, and economic uncertainty. Stronger than ever, cooperatives are ready to take on the most critical challenges facing people, communities and businesses today. From navigating a rapidly changing business environment and advancing climate justice to building a more inclusive economy, co-ops can be more impactful than ever.
