For ten years, the Home Care Cooperative Conference has brought together worker-owners, caregivers, administrators and movement leaders committed to building a stronger home care cooperative sector.
Originally convened by the Cooperative Development Foundation, the gathering created a national space for connection, learning, and shared strategy.
Today, under Elevate, the conference continues to grow as a home for collaboration, reflection and collective visioning.
What began as a space to exchange ideas has evolved into a place where relationships deepen, challenges are met together, and the future of home care is shaped by the people doing the work every day.
