In a new feature that first appeared in Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business 2022 series, Kristin Toussaint profiles Ellis Carr, president and CEO of Momentus Capital, a new financial services organization working to redefine how lending, impact investments, technology and training support entrepreneurs and communities to advance financial and social impact.

Carr has served as Capital Impact Partners’ president and CEO since 2016. He is also president and CEO of CDC Small Business Finance. Both organizations are now part of the Momentus Capital family.
