Make sure to tune into WOL 1450 AM, 95.9 FM or the WOL Livestream on Thursday, July 11 at 10:30 am EDT for Everything Co-op, hosted by Vernon Oakes. On this week’s show, Vernon will interview Dr. Cynthia Pinchback-Hines, Racial Justice Educator and Co-op Developer at Co-op Cincy. Vernon and Cynthia will explore key insights from Cynthia’s experience in cooperative development and community building.
Pinchback-Hines is a community activist and organizer, educator, organizational development consultant, diversity leader, personal development coach and board member of several nonprofits, including Co-op Cincy, where she serves as board member and Racial Justice Educator and Co-op Developer. She delights in managing and facilitating Power in Numbers: Black Co-op U, a 14-week boot camp designed to help launch and support Black-led worker-owned cooperatives. Co-op Cincy is where she discovered that her life’s journey had uniquely prepared her to catalyze community building.
