Pachamama Coffee Cooperative is the first “direct-to-consumer” coffee roaster in North America wholly owned and governed by thousands of smallholder farmers in Africa and Latin America, connecting coffee producers directly to end-consumers. Twenty years ago, producer cooperatives in Latin America began organizing themselves on a global scale, with the goal of roasting, branding and brewing their best organic coffees for end-customers.
