Elizabeth Salazar is an international development manager and gender advisor. She has 15 years of experience supporting and managing domestic and international development programs in the areas of economic growth, cooperative development and health. At NCBA CLUSA, she leads the Gender Working Group and provides guidance and technical assistance on gender integration and mainstreaming, including addressing gender and womenâs empowerment using a human rights framework.
Elizabeth was previously a Program Officer at the Georgetown University Institute for Reproductive Health, where she supported womenâs health, gender equity and violence prevention programs. She holds a masterâs degree in International Affairs and a bachelorâs degree in Human Rights and Social Justice.
