Senior Program Manager and Youth Specialist

Kiera Derman is a Senior Program Manager and Youth Specialist at NCBA CLUSA. She manages the $76 million USAID| Resilience and Economic Growth in Sahel-Enhanced Resilience (REGIS-ER) project in Niger and Burkina Faso providing operational and technical support on positive youth development and resilience. Prior to joining NCBA CLUSA, Kiera worked at FHI 360 where she supported livelihoods and workforce development programs, contributing to the development of Workforce Connectionsâ Labor Market Assessment toolkit. Kiera holds a masterâs degree in Public Administration with a concentration in international development from the George Washington University.
