Kimberly Rosen is a Deputy Assistant Administrator in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment. Kimberly joined E3 in July 2018. She oversees the work of the Offices of Economic Policy (EP), Trade and Regulatory Reform (TRR) and Local Sustainability (LS).
Previously, Kimberly served as the Mission Director for USAID/Kyrgyz Republic, and led a portfolio that included economic growth, democracy and governance, health and education reform. Prior assignments include Director of the West Africa Affairs Office in USAID’s Africa Bureau, Deputy Mission Director in Liberia, Director of the Economic Growth Office in USAID/Afghanistan, and Deputy Office Director of the Economic Growth Office in the Central Asia Republics Regional Mission.
Prior to joining USAID, Kimberly worked in corporate finance with the Mobil Oil Corporation and served as a Business Development volunteer in the Russian Federation with Peace Corps.
Kimberly has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Engineering Sciences, an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, and a master’s degree in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University.
