Leslie Hilton leads the Board Governance consulting practice at FCC Services, Inc., a leading provider of training and consulting programs and services for cooperative boards and board members. Leslie leverages her experience as a corporate attorney and as a leadership coach in combination with expertise in cooperative governance to enhance cooperative board governance effectiveness. FCC Services’ board services include the acclaimed Advance Governance Series, Cornerstone Governance Series, and The Gettysburg and Lewis & Clark experiential leadership programs for cooperative boards, board self-evaluation and director peer evaluation facilitation, boardroom training and facilitation, strategic planning facilitation, CEO succession planning, and CEO search and selection. Leslie has worked with cooperatives in multiple sectors including agriculture, financial services and retail distribution.

Leslie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Sociology and Law. She earned a master’s degree in Management, with a concentration in Coaching and Consulting for Change from the University of Oxford, and she holds the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She lives in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys family and the great outdoors.
