These advisory groups meet on a quarterly basis and are an excellent professional development opportunity. Whether you’re a co-op CEO, board member, senior leader, junior staff or emerging leader, you can make a difference!

About our Volunteer Councils
P6 Volunteer Council
The P6 Volunteer Council serves as a forum and advisory council for NCBA CLUSA and the cooperative community to share good practices and examples of cooperation among cooperatives and cross-sector cooperative engagement to support replication and expand impact. The Council will also advise NCBA CLUSA on incorporating P6 practices and examples in its programming.
Cooperative Development Volunteer Council
The Cooperative Development Volunteer Council serves as a forum and advisory council for NCBA CLUSA in the development and implementation of co-op development and education programs designed to benefit the cooperative community.
Marketing Volunteer Council
The Marketing Volunteer Council serves as a forum and advisory council for marketing the cooperative identity, providing insights on cross-sector marketing strategies that advance engagement with the cooperative sector, and supporting NCBA CLUSA in the marketing of its programs, initiatives, and events.
The 2026 kick-off meetings for our Volunteer Councils will be scheduled in February so sign up soon to take advantage of this opportunity.
