NCBA CLUSA is requesting information from all sectors of the cooperative business community regarding the processes and results of applying for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan.

The following survey is intended to give us a better understanding of the process and outcomes of applying for these loans to ensure that we can further assist the cooperative business community. Please provide as much information as possible so NCBA CLUSA can best assess ongoing advocacy efforts and priorities.
