At ROC USA®, a nonprofit social venture scaling resident ownership of manufactured home communities since 2008, Mike Bullard has developed and launched a marketing program for resident-owned communities centered around individual community websites deigned to attract homebuyers and keep membership rolls full. Mike also helped launch an online community center for more than 14,500 ROC members nationwide that serves as a platform for peer-to-peer and peer-to-trainer communication, online training, discount purchasing, community management and more.
