For 10 years, NCBA’s Cooperative IMPACT Conference has brought together leaders, innovators and advocates from across the cooperative movement to explore what’s next—and shape the future together.
We’re thrilled to share that IMPACT 2026 will take place October 7-8 in Washington, DC at Convene Hamilton Square, marking a decade of bold ideas, practical solutions and shared purpose.
NCBA’s Cooperative IMPACT Conference is the only national, cross-sector event elevating the national conversation around a trusted, proven way to do business and build communities. This annual event inspires the cooperative movement and galvanizes its champions around building an economy that works for everyone.
Some of IMPACT 2026 will look familiar. You’ll have another chance to pitch your innovative ideas during this year’s Lightning Talks, but we’re changing the format to make them more engaging. We’ll advocate for co-op policy priorities during Hike the Hill, and we’ll bring you an interactive pre-conference course in partnership with the International Centre for Co-operative Management at Saint Mary’s University. Our Film Fest is coming back in October, too; we can’t wait to share the videos you submit!
We’ll announce this year’s theme and begin sharing new programming details in the months ahead. For now, mark your calendars and plan to join us October 7-8 for this milestone conference.
