This week, Everything Co-op continues its Women’s History Month series with Adrionna Fike, a cooperative developer at Cooperation Richmond, a nonprofit organization in Richmond, California that supports the creation and growth of worker-owned cooperative businesses and community wealth initiatives.

Adrionna Fike is a cooperative developer with Cooperation Richmond, in Richmond, California. She previously served as a co-owner of Mandela Grocery Cooperative, a Black worker-owned grocery store in Oakland. Adrionna advances cooperativism through popular education—particularly with youth and land stewards—using playful storytelling, poetry and thoughtful reflection to make cooperative principles engaging and unforgettable.
