NCBA CLUSA is offering three tracks during this year’s conference: IMPACT, Purchasing and Co-op Professionals. Our IMPACT Track will examine how co-ops can and already are answering some of society’s most important questions around ownership and opportunity, covering topics such as co-ops and the inclusive economy, owning work, financing co-ops and funding co-op development.
The Purchasing Track includes breakout sessions that will be familiar for attendees of NCBA CLUSA’s previous National Purchasing Cooperatives Conference: Best Practices, Reverse Best Practices and Master Classes covering topics like growing revenue and succession planning. Similarly, the Co-op Professionals track will offer dedicated content and the accompanying Continuing Legal Education/Continuing Professional Education credits for attorneys and accountants who work in the co-op space.
In addition, conference registrants attending the Purchasing or Co-op Professionals breakout tracks will also have access to all conference plenary sessions. These are opportunities to plug into the wider co-op economy, make valuable connections with potential partners and customers and engage with co-op members, supporters, policymakers and other stakeholders.
We hope you’ll join us in October for this incredible learning event, as well as our Co-op Festival on the National Mall September 31 – October 1! Subscribe to Co-op Weekly today to get the latest announcements on IMPACT 2017 and the Co-op Festival delivered straight to your inbox.
