NCBA CLUSA members in good standing are encouraged to cast their votes beginning Wednesday, March 11 in our 2020 Board of Directors Election. Your participation helps us set the strategic vision for the organization, ensuring that NCBA CLUSA remains a dynamic voice in the cooperative space.
This year’s election runs through April 22. Election results will be announced at NCBA CLUSA’s Annual Business Meeting on May 5, 2020 in Washington, DC.
The candidates running to fill five seats on the 2020 Board of Directors are Cornelius Blanding, Executive Director of the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund; Juan Fernandez, Vice President of Governmental Affairs at the Credit Union Association of New Mexico; Alex Green, Director of the North American Students for Cooperation; Anya Irons, Director of Operations for the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board; Esteban Kelly, Executive Director of the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives; Emma Lindberg, Education Director for the National Farmers Union; and Karen Zimbelman, Senior Director of Membership and Cooperative Relations at National Co+op Grocers.
