Armenia: USAID Gender Analysis
Working with Banyan Global under the ADVANTAGE Gender Integration Technical Assistance Task Order, a National Gender Specialist will conduct a Gender Analysis to inform USAID/Armeniaâs 2020-2025 Country Development Cooperation Strategy. The gender analysis will focus on womenâs economic empowerment and economic growth and democracy and governance (including womenâs political participation), with gender-based violence as a cross-cutting theme.
The National Gender Specialist will work with an International Team Leader and another Armenian national gender expert, and collaborate with USAID/Armenia staff and partners, local academia, government institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to gather data for the Gender Analysis.
